New partnership improves mobile connectivity management and security options
London, UK – 18 June 2019 – Conker, a British producer of business rugged tablet, touch screen and mobile devices has announced that it can now offer companies a secure mobile connectivity solution, with ATP Enable, that allows firms to manage network security across their mobile devices.
The offering is made possible through a new referral partnership with ATP Enable, an official reseller of Digital Inc.’s mobile connectivity management technology.
Organisations are increasingly seeking ways to improve risk management, compliance and HR policy adherence. Digital Inc.’s technology makes it possible for Conker’s clients to control access to data and filter inappropriate content at a network level, for example with a SIM card.
HR teams can use the technology to ensure acceptable behaviour at work policies, and that business code of conduct policies are adhered to. Enterprise IT benefits will ensure that mobile device management strategies are GDPR compliant, and that mobile workforces stay within their data tariffs by not browsing, accessing or sharing inappropriate content. In addition, emergency service teams and schools can benefit from the software’s content filtering, anti-terrorism, crime detection and security compliance features.
James Summers, CEO and founder, Conker says, “Today businesses live and die by their data. So, as the world becomes increasingly data-driven, data-focused and data-dependent, it becomes crucial for organisations to control and monitor how data is being accessed and used. This challenge is exacerbated by the various compliance regulations on the market, such as GDPR, making it crucial for firms to keep tabs on their mobile devices.”
He continued, “We’re delighted to be partnering with ATP Enable to offer Digital Inc.’s technology to our clients, and the enterprise market, as it means that together, we can ensure that they not only adopt the best fit-for-purpose business rugged devices, but that mobile connectivity, security, compliance and risk management are also key priorities.”
Richard Nisbett, Managing Director, ATP Enable says, “We consult with organisations to help them develop their mobile strategy. This often involves seeking to understand their ‘mobility’ requirements, their business processes, how they work, the software applications that they need to access, the mobile connectivity and data tariffs they require, and the devices their teams need to use. Conker’s cost effective, business rugged devices and customer centric ethos will now enable us to offer our clients with mobile devices and tablets that are fit-for-purpose, and which complete their enterprise mobile strategy.”
This partnership echoes Conker’s belief in providing its clients with complete mobile device and enterprise mobility strategies, and follows Conker’s recent partnership with 42Gears, to offer clients a leading Unified Endpoint Management solution to clients.
