Conker Relax is our industry leading rugged device warranty including accidental damage with no repair surcharge.


  • Batteries are covered for the duration of the warranty
  • No Exclusions for 'Wear and Tear'

  • "Repairs" are devices requiring a maximum of 1 major part (deemed to be any of; touch screen, LCD, motherboard, chassis)
  • "Replacements" are devices requiring more than 1 major part.

Fair use

  • Fair battery degradation (20% per year, <900 cycles)
  • Fair use limit of 1 major part per device per calendar year.
  • Relax 3 year: replacement limit of 5% of device estate annually. 30% surcharge applies thereafter.

Conker is a product brand name and trading name of Tablet Technologies Ltd, a British company founded in 2008. Conker products are sold directly by Tablet Technologies. When you are dealing with Conker through you are dealing with Tablet Technologies.

No, Conker is not a reseller. We only sell our own products. All Conker products are supplied from us in the UK and all support is handled solely and directly with us in the UK.

Strictly speaking no. Much like other technology companies we outsource manufacturing. We directly manage production and quality control. Importantly when you deal with us your product is coming directly from us in the UK where we have a strong engineer and support base housing all product knowledge, spare parts and servicing capability under one roof.

Unique to Conker this means we have individual device data from pre-build to decomission, allowing us to understand and report on fault/cause/solution by model, by customer and by each single serial number.


At Conker there is no “Standard” warranty. All products include Conker Relax, a no quibble guarantee that covers accidental damage.

We include Conker Relax for 1 year with all products. If you are looking for longer cover we offer 3 year as well as 5 year warranties. Speak to your Conker Contact to find out more.

Warranties should last as long as you intend to use your device which is why we have a range of warranties to suit you.

With Conker you’ll find that as we carry stock in the UK, most orders are dispatched within 1 day.

We pride ourselves on excellent lead times even on projects that include some element of customisation. Naturally from time to time bulk orders may take longer.

Our main courier, DHL ships worldwide – if you would like to find out more about DHL shipping destinations, please contact our Sales team.

We do not currently offer any devices with resistive screens. We do however offer bespoke services, and would be happy to help with such projects.

We do not offer devices that support iOS.

We have datasheets for all Conker devices. You can access the datasheets for each device through the Conkor knowledge hub section as well.

Currently we do not offer a keyboard attachment for our products. However, most keyboards that connect via a USB are compatible with our devices.

Conker products do not require any form of protective case.

They are inherently rugged, purpose-built to withstand the rigours of any working environment, and IP rated for your peace of mind. Kindly refer to the knowledge hub section to get more details.

We do not currently offer devices that are ATEX rated, we do however offer bespoke services, and would be happy to help with such projects.

Currently we do not offer a device with an MRZ reader as part of our product range. We do however offer bespoke services, and would be happy to help with such projects.


Conker focuses on one Android version per device to improve and maintain device stability.
