A: Most busy warehouses run shifts throughout the day, allowing multiple users to use the same device. To ensure proper asset tracking and accurate and accountable data capture, the app will prompt the user to log in after a period of inactivity
Q: Do I have to use Conker devices?
A: No, any device can be loaded onto the application and monitored
Q: Can I have more than one User?
A: Yes, you can have multiple Users or Super Users that can login to the web application
Q: What is the difference between a User or Super User?
A: A Super User plays an Organization Supervisor role and has the ability to add login profiles and change pin codes.
